CIA Agent Damon Jackson (Brian Watson), studies and investigates all "first contact" experiences: alien encounters, UFO sightings, invasions, and abductions. His goal is to keep the general public under the impression that these experiences are not real. When Luna and Naomi take a picture of a space craft crash landing onto US territory, Agent Damon must find the details before anyone else does.
